Return Conditions

Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original
condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Return Process

Packaging: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and
verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 Working business days.

Non-Returnable
Items

Certain items, such as
personalized or customized products, cannot be returned.

Please note:

UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: Our refund policy is in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to return faulty or not-as-described items within 30 days of purchase.

Digital Products: Digital products, such as downloadable designs, are non-refundable once delivered.
