What can be returned?

We accept returns for
defective products only
within the 14-day window. You can choose to receive a full refund, exchange for a different item, or receive a store credit.

Return conditions:

To be eligible for a full refund, your returned item(s) must be:

In the original packaging, unworn, and unused with all tags attached.

In the same condition as you received them.

Returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important notes:

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your own peace of mind.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to your handling.

We may require proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) to process your return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we will issue a full refund for the item(s) you paid for, excluding any original delivery charges.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 4 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return
instructions above and clearly state your desired exchange in your communication. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request, subject to
availability.

What if my item is
faulty?
